In addition to managing our portfolio in-house, we also have a brokerage team that handles consulting, sales, leasing, and construction management. This is essential to our success as we are able to move much quicker and have stronger communication than the average brokerage-owner relationship. While our brokerage team is primarily focused on the Brain Group portfolio, we also provide these services to many 3rd party clients with the same relentless pursuit we display on our own properties.
