Patrick Sedeño, Director of New Projects
Patrick graduated from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and minoring in Accounting. Patrick is from Dallas, Texas where he worked for a prominent development group. In addition to Development, Patrick has strong work experience in Asset Management and Financial Analysis.
The summer before graduation, Patrick interned as a financial analyst at a production studio in Los Angeles where he gained strong experience in alternative financing. After graduation, Patrick joined Andrew at Brain Group in Kansas City. Patrick's mother grew up in Kansas City and Patrick spent most summers and winters visiting his extended family in the city. Because of this, Patrick has strong ties to the city and a personal desire to help influence its long term growth and prosperity.
